Material Construction:

The jacket lining comprises a warp of high-tenacity polyester with a reinforced design and a weft of polyamide/polyester in a circular woven pattern. This special construction ensures outstanding adhesion, tight bending radii, and significantly lower pressure loss compared to a 100% polyester jacket lining. The material exhibits minimal elongation under pressure due to a specialized weaving and vulcanization process and is fully embedded in rubber for optimal protection against mechanical damage. The rubberized lining and jacket are made from a high-grade NBR/PVC compound, extruded through the weave in a unique one-step production process. Special additives in the compound provide excellent resistance to aging and ozone. The interior is very smooth to minimize pressure loss, while the exterior features a reinforced cover and strong longitudinal ribs for extremely high abrasion resistance.
