Material Construction:

The jacket lining is made from high-tenacity polyester yarn, circular woven, and is specifically designed to provide high tensile strength, accommodate tight bending radii, and exhibit minimal elongation under pressure. This lining is fully embedded in polyurethane, ensuring optimal protection against mechanical damage. The lining and jacket are constructed from thermoplastic polyether polyurethane, extruded through the weave in a unique one-step production process. This material is highly resistant to abrasion, offering a service life 5–6 times longer than that of nitrile hoses. The interior surface is very smooth to minimize pressure loss, while the exterior surface is also smooth to ensure good flexibility and is thick-walled for exceptional wear resistance.

• Transport hose between lagoon and field
• Drag hose to tow behind tractors
• Please note that some HILCOFLEX PU hose sizes can be used for both applications
