Harrowmaxx front and rear mounted stubble rake.

The Full range of Güttler Harrowmaxx tine Harrow cultivation systems are in place to be able to work the top 30mm of soil using the current soil moisture and to be able to create an optimum environment to rake out and remove weeds at the early cotyledon and single leaf stage creating a stale seedbed and removing forage for the slugs.

The product stems from the Greenmaster Grassland system widely used in the UK for all forms of application in and around the seeding and preparation of both Grassland and Arable soil and residue management.

The product is available in 6.0/7.5m and 8.0m rear mounted machines and 6.0m and 7.5m front mounted machines.

The Ripper board at the front of the machine with our Patented ripper board tine,12.0mm thick with  the 180mm version in this case can be laid back and have significant pressure placed on it to comb the straw and residue through for even distribution and then the 2 rows of 12.0mm tines are able to be stood vertically or laid flat depending upon residue levels to be dealt with.

The Tine arrangement along with the unique depth control measures of the rear gauge wheels fully adjustable in 10mm increments allow precise control for this application,

These combinations allow the ground to be fully managed and controlled with operating speeds of 20kph and more are fully achievable.

Because of the combination of tines and harrows is set up in such away the existing stubble residue can be left fully intact for the next Drilling/Harrowing operation to take place.

The design of this product is such that the surface is never smeared and the ability of the tines to distribute straw and residue amongst the soil and shallow profile at whatever level desired is guaranteed in all seasons and conditions.

A full range of trailed rollers can be added at any time on the rear mounted units for re-consolidation of the seedbed if required and for improved germination of the weed seed bank of seeds within the soil profile.

 This in turn places the soil in readiness for further passes encouraging improved germination and growth of seedlings to perform stubble cleaning without chemical intervention.
