The unique Güttler self-cleaning ring.....how it all started.

With a choice of 33/38cm diameter rings and the heavier 45/50 cm diameter rings, these cast iron rollers are the complete solution for seedbed preparation and consolidation.

The Güttler roller synonymous with the 'golden hoof' effect - 305 prisms/m² ensure firm soil beneath a loose crumbly surface. Protection against erosion, excellent for aeration and drainage, but allowing moisture retention beneath the surface.

MEDIANA - 1.8 - 6m self cleaning rollers with 33/38cm Ø ring combination

MATADOR - 1.8m - 6m self cleaning rollers with 45/50cm Ø ring combination. Hydraulic folding to vertical position for rear linkage mounting

MAYOR AND OFFSET - 6m self cleaning trailed rollers with 45/50cm Ø ring combination. 1.5m shafts mounted into fixed framework. Hydraulic folding in horizontal position

MASTER AND MAGNUM - 6m - 12m self cleaning trailed rollers with 45/50cm Ø ring combination. 1.5m shafts on pendulum mountings for superb ground contouring

Consolidation Range Products

Mediana 33/38

Compact, steerable and versatile. The Mediana range is the roller for single pass soil consolidsation before and after seedsing. It can be used as a front press during seeding to crush and level, and also be used for consolidation after seeding to ensure firm layers of soil beneath a loose crumbly surface.

The Mediana range features the 33/38cm diameter combination of Güttler Prisma rings.

A middleweight roller ideal for single pass consolidation.

Matador 45/50

The Matador range is the all-year-round workhorse of the fleet! The heavy-weight 45/50cm diameter combination of cast iron Güttler prisma rings work on the soil creating the perfect seedbed for maximum germination and yield.

ON THE ARABLE FARM - the heavy- weigh rollers are perfect for rolling before and after sowing. Ideal as a front weight whilst sowing or establishing catch crops, and rolling over-wintered crops in the spring.

ON PASTURE LAND - Tillers to achieve excellent soil texture for overseeding. Ideal to create the prefect seedbed, the Matador roller can be used independently but also features as a very important part on the GreenMaster grassland management system.
